Bathrooms are shabby... discolored and stained... outdated.
Its common knowledge among the patrons to wear a jacket there because they usually keep the temps so low. The later it gets the colder it is. The last time I was there my eyes were burning really bad from the smoke and I'm not sure if it was a ventilation issue or what but somewhere they must of had a door open because there was a constant cold draft across the floor in the areas close to bingo almost to the point of shivering.
We stayed in the suite one night and there were giant stains all over the carpet. The room was very "cold" feeling and uninviting. Decor was next to none.
Ok casino, offers bingo which the wife loves as she seems to get lucky every time she plays. Not a ton of table games but enough to stay entertained. Not a big slots guy, but seem to be plenty to choose from and really like the poker room atmosphere, just not a ton of games going on unless there are tourney's. Good player rewards program too, offer free slot plays pretty frequently.
Music, entertainment and atmosphere for the most part seems to want to only accommodate the elderly crowd. Ive been there late at night and seriously sat and wondered if they were trying to put people to sleep with the very slow old music choices.
Wonderful staff. Clean rooms. Great fun at the casino. Best part is that the hotel is family friendly. Would highly recommend.
It used to be pretty nice but it's getting pretty rundown. The whole place is in need of serious updates.
Had a great time. Wish it was alittle closer to my home town but worth the drive. Nice rooms and great service!
And to the Dorthy who wants to knock people for the bad amenity reviews.... That's precisely the point.... They take in all that cash from us losers who keep going back, the least they could do is make updates as needed and make the atmosphere comfortable.
Meskawaki has a great casino setup. They recently expanded their electronic gaming section to include new roulette and craps games that I love to play. They also have a ton of great table games with exciting dealers. The place is a great stop on the way by!
